I swear to God, ever since I bought plane tickets to Philly, I’ve switched to “Ironic” on the 90′s station at least twice already, and every time I switch, it’s at the same part – “Mr. Play-it-safe was afraid to fly…”
SHUT UP, ALANIS MORISSETTE.

AVOID THE RADIO! AVOID AVOID! It’s trying to make you crazy!
PS: That song doesn’t count because she’s using “ironic” wrong.
Haha yesss! I always read into radio songs. If I like a guy, I focus on all the happy songs that play…if I’m upset about something, then I notice all the sad songs.
I remember reading an article that broke down each and every stanza and why none of the examples she provides are true irony, just really unfortunate events. I love the irony of that.
LOL!! I think we notice things like that more when we have something like that coming up. A bit like when we get a vehicle and all of the sudden we see the same type of vehicle all over the place. They were there before, but we just didn’t notice.
Yes, I think avoiding the radio is a great suggestion
